66 Ongoing Supplier Evaluation Process Once accredited in the supplier register, partners are continuously monitored. Osculati regularly verifies compliance with delivery timelines, product and packaging quality, responsiveness and effectiveness of communication, as well as the ability to handle emergencies or non-conformities. Simultaneously, market surveys are conducted to continuously assess the competitiveness of economic conditions, ensuring that suppliers maintain standards consistent with the company’s needs and expectations. Environmental and Social Considerations Osculati also places strong emphasis on environmental and social aspects in supplier selection and evaluation. For steel and teak, the company requires certifications proving that materials come from areas that respect environmental sustainability, guarantee human rights, and are not involved in conflicts. These criteria ensure that materials used are not only of high quality but also produced ethically and sustainably. G1-3 – Prevention and Detection of Active and Passive Corruption To date, Osculati does not have a specific policy or structured systems for the prevention and detection of corruption. However, the organization considers this issue with great attention, in line with the ethical principles guiding its business activities. No dedicated training programs were conducted on this topic in 2024. Nevertheless, following the adoption of the Organizational Model 231, scheduled by the end of 2025, a training and engagement program will be launched for all personnel. This initiative will represent a key step in strengthening the culture of transparency and legality within the company. G1-4 – Cases of Active or Passive Corruption In the reference year, no convictions were recorded for violations of regulations guarding against active or passive corruption. No cases were detected that required corrective actions or disciplinary measures related to anti-corruption.
