Governance Information ESRS G1 - CORPORATE CONDUCT G1-1 – Policies on Corporate Culture and Business Conduct In 2024, Osculati drafted its Code of Ethics, a fundamental tool for developing a work environment that combines productive efficiency with the highest ethical standards of conduct. The Company aims to achieve this goal while fully respecting the interests of all stakeholders, adhering to principles of fairness and integrity in labor relations and in compliance with applicable laws. Specifically, the document outlines the Fundamental Pillars that guide Osculati in its daily activities and to which it commits in its interactions with all stakeholders: 1 Legality and compliance 2 Anti-corruption 3 Business ethics 4 People, dignity, equality, and cooperation 5 Environmental protection 6 Health and safety of workers and the workplace 7 Culture of innovation and quality 8 Protection of privacy and confidentiality Since 2023, Osculati has also implemented a dedicated whistleblowing platform, available not only to employees and collaborators but also to suppliers and any parties engaging or intending to engage with the Company. The platform allows users to report any unlawful or irregular behavior, as well as violations of laws, internal procedures, or company policies, in compliance with the protections established by Legislative Decree 24/2023, which implements the EU Directive on whistleblowing.
