The Team’s activities also include support for customer service, particularly in post-sales and returns management, ensuring that each product consistently meets established quality standards. The General Management regularly reviews the evolution of the Quality Management System through: • analysis of results compared to the objectives set in terms of quality and safety; • outcomes of internal and external audits; • identification of critical issues and improvement opportunities aimed at updating procedures and documentation. At least once a year, the Team Leader prepares and presents to Management a detailed statistical analysis of quality and safety indicators, which includes: • supplier performance; • product non-conformities; • customer complaints; • process anomalies.
