With about 70 active members, including divers, rescue dog handlers, and instructors, the SSSL is an outstanding example of competence and dedication. Osculati supported the association through free donations of nautical equipment. • Andrea Mura – Global Solo Challenge 2023–2024: Osculati provided financial support for Andrea Mura’s extraordinary solo circumnavigation of the globe — four months of nonstop sailing through some of the world’s most challenging seas, showcasing courage, skill, and endurance. • Monaco Energy Boat Challenge: Osculati contributed technical support and nautical materials for the team participating in this prestigious competition dedicated to innovation and sustainability in marine propulsion. • Nina VI: For years, Osculati has supported the restoration of Nina VI, a historic 16-meter sailboat built in 1960. The project, led by the Istituto Nautico San Giorgio, offers students hands-on training opportunities. Osculati provided anchors, navigation lights, electrical components, and other equipment, and invited students to visit the company to learn how nautical products are designed and produced. • METIS Sailing Team – University of Padua: A team of over 50 university students focused on designing and building high-performance, eco-sustainable sailboats. In 2024, the team won the 1001VelaCup, placing first overall. Osculati supported the project by supplying nautical materials. • Project For People: Osculati continues to support this NGO, which develops humanitarian and cooperation projects in Italy, India, Brazil, and Benin, benefiting over one million people — especially women and children — in the health, education, and economic sectors. • FAI – Protecting Italy’s Special Places: The Fondo Ambiente Italiano (FAI) is a non-profit foundation dedicated to preserving and promoting Italy’s cultural and natural heritage. Since 2022, Osculati has been a Corporate Golden Donor. In 2024, the company once again provided each employee with two free tickets to visit FAI heritage sites — a gesture to inspire appreciation for Italy’s remarkable heritage.
