53 S1-14 – Health and Safety Metrics Regarding the management of workplace accidents, the HR Office records all incidents that occur on company premises, including those occurring during commuting, and communicates them to the RLS (Workers’ Safety Representative), the RSPP (Prevention and Protection Service Manager), the occupational physician, and the labor consultant for reporting to INAIL. The RSPP, after collecting information from the HR Office, the supervisor, and the RLS, evaluates each case to propose targeted corrective actions. Furthermore, in the event that near misses are identified, the RLS immediately informs the supervisor and the HR Office to allow timely interventions. Although an official internal register is not yet in place, the management of reports currently takes place via internal emails. S1-15 – Work-Life Balance The analysis of data regarding work-life balance highlights Osculati’s attention to the family needs of its employees through the use of parental leave. Over the three-year period 2022–2024, the total number of employees entitled to family leave increased from 40 to 46, with the rise primarily among male employees, while the female employee group entitled to leave showed slight fluctuations. Regarding the actual use of family leave, in 2022 all eligible female employees took advantage of the leave, while usage among men was very limited.
