50 S1-12 – Protected categories In line with its commitment to valuing diversity and promoting an inclusive work environment, the Organization provides stable employment opportunities for workers belonging to protected categories, as required by current legislation. The aim is to safeguard vulnerable individuals, ensuring their professional development and facilitating their integration within the company. To complete the overview of the workforce, the following data show the presence of workers belonging to protected categories for the period 2022-2024. During 2024, the company did not meet the percentage required by legislation for the hiring of personnel from protected categories. This deviation was due to a significant number of new hires made in December, which substantially altered the workforce base and prevented compliance with the mandatory quota established by law. Aware of the importance of inclusion and legal compliance, at the beginning of 2025 the company has already taken steps to identify and recruit new profiles from protected categories, with the aim of promptly realigning with legal obligations and strengthening its commitment to an equitable and inclusive workforce.
