42 Among the risk mitigation measures implemented, a significant step was the introduction, in 2022, of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED). This device not only serves Osculati employees but is also registered with AREU and geolocated via the DAEdove application, making it available to the local community. While no specific training is required to use the AED, the Company provides BLSD courses and refresher sessions for the first aid team. To prevent key workplace risks such as trips, slips, cuts, punctures, work-related stress, crushing, and manual handling of loads, employees receive specific instructions and are provided with personal protective equipment appropriate to their roles. This includes gloves, safety shoes, hearing protection, goggles, face shields, helmets, masks, ergonomic chairs, and footrests for office staff. In this context, the Human Resources Office serves as a liaison between external consultants and internal actors, managing the scheduling of periodic, extraordinary, and on-demand medical examinations, annual meetings, audits, fire drills, and the organization of health and safety training courses. The HR Office consults with the company physician and the RSPP whenever specific interventions are required, ensuring timely and precise management of all activities. If the RLS identifies potential hazards, they can liaise both with internal channels, such as supervisors and the HR Office, and with external consultants, via institutional email or phone, to ensure immediate and coordinated intervention. Health and Safety Training Osculati fully complies with legal obligations regarding employee and representative training as per Article 37 of Legislative Decree 81/08, through the Human Resources Office. The HR Office engages certified external training providers to deliver general and rolespecific training for different company profiles. These courses aim to raise awareness among employees about the potential consequences of their actions concerning health and safety, emphasizing strict compliance with internal procedures and current legislation. Various types of courses are offered within the Company, including: • General and role-specific training for employees according to risk level (low, medium, high); • Training for first aid team members; • BLSD training; • Firefighting team training;
