41 Training Osculati invests in continuous development to maintain a dynamic and efficient organization. Training programs develop professional and soft skills, aiming to update technical skills, fulfill legal training obligations, and promote employee growth. HR evaluates training needs annually with department heads and employees, considering individual preferences through internal surveys. The final report defines the training plan, which is scheduled with selected providers and communicated to participants. Course effectiveness and participant feedback are monitored, and for technical courses, initial tests assign employees to appropriate classes and set learning objectives. Main topics include technical, language, IT, and AEO certification management skills. Work-Life Balance With the aim of supporting an optimal balance between work and personal life for its employees, the Company has introduced and extended, the possibility of remote work. This arrangement complements traditional ways of performing work activities, without altering the employee’s legal or contractual position and without requiring a new contract category. Specifically, the policy allows Osculati employees whose roles are compatible with smart working to work remotely for two days per month, subject to approval from their supervisor and provided they have the necessary technological equipment to perform their duties. Another work-life balance initiative concerns the possibility of part-time work for employees returning from maternity leave, allowing them to better reconcile new family commitments with their professional responsibilities. The granting of part-time work is subject to consultation with the relevant department manager and formalized through an individual agreement specifying its duration. Health and Safety At Osculati, health and safety in the workplace are a top priority. The Company is committed to ensuring the highest level of safety for all personnel, both internal and external. Mandatory training courses and regular updates play a key role, as does the Workers’ Safety Representative (RLS), who actively contributes to spreading a safety-conscious corporate culture. Other key actors include the company physician and the Occupational Health and Safety Manager (RSPP), who, during periodic medical examinations and scheduled meetings, conduct detailed site inspections to identify necessary risk prevention initiatives.
