Listening skills, integration and communication are the milestones personnel relationships in our workplace are based on. At the end of 2022, 136 people contributed to the success of Osculati. More than 94% of our staff have permanent contracts. Compared with 2021, there has been an 40% increase in the number of employees and more than 75% of the new employees are under 30 years of age. Women represent around 35% of our workforce. In addition to the employees, Osculati employs external staff, particularly in the logistics and manufacturing areas.
