Sustainability Report 2023

Accidents The RU office is responsible for registering any accidents that occur on the company site (including those in progress) and for reporting them to the RLS, RSPP, occupational physician and labour consultant for reporting to INAIL. The RSPP, having consulted the HR department, the supervisor and the RLS for clarification of the incident, then assesses the specific case so it can put forward the appropriate corrective measures. Lastly, if the RLS identifies a near miss, he promptly reports this to the supervisor and the HR office so that prompt action can be taken (to date, however, there is no internal register in which they are recorded, but they are tracked by internal e-mail). The three accidents recorded during the last year were respectively due to a cut, caused by failure to wear PPE while working (specifically, the protective mask of the machinery provided) and two accidents on the way to work. During the three-year period, there were no accidents with serious consequences, nor were there any cases of oc c u p ational d iseases. Health and safety training At Osculati, the employer complies with its legal obligations on the training of workers and their representatives (Article 37 of Legislative Decree 81/08), through the Human Resources Department, which is supported by certified external training providers that offer general and specific training services for workers.
