Benefits, taxation and donations The company offers, to all employees who request it, a f ree tax as s is tanc e s ervic e, th rough A S S O C A A F S P A , to help them fill in their 730 tax return form. O sc u l ati op erates in a sec tor assoc iated w ith al l th e values of leisure and nature, and, in order to make the most of what it embodies, is committed to making a contribution to all those interested in learning more. For this reason, every year it renews numerous benefits dedicated to its employees, including: • A contribution of 50% for sailing and boating c ou rses15: the school is a matter of free choice for the employee while the contribution affects the list price of the courses, so any extra discount by the sailing school is entirely for the employee. • A 50% contribution on the hire of a boat16. • A 25% contribution on sailing courses for children of employees17. • F ree tic k ets to th e Ge noa B oat S h ow . • Contribution and sponsorship for participation in regattas1 8 . • 50% discount on Osculati catalogue material for p ersonal u se. The company also pays out a sum of € 300 for the birth of employees’ children, and an equivalent amount for weddings, in both cases spendable in welfare services on the welfare platform. A welfare platform has been created on which gifts made as gratuities by the company and/or other amounts paid to employees as a result of the recognition of a company productivity b onu s are u p l oad ed . To date, no surveys are formally conducted on the c omp any c l imate, b u t th e H R d ep artment is al w ay s alert to any dysfunctional elements: for example, a p s y c h ol ogic al c oac h ing c ours e was activated after the company identified the need for this. The psychological coaching project has enabled the employees involved to better embrace diversity and recognise the unique contributions that people can make, in order to improve the inclusion and harmony of the entire work group. The coach’s participative and interactive intervention helped the personnel become more aware of group dynamics, process them and evolve towards more mature and collaborative ways of relating. 15 The contribution is up to a maximum of EUR 400. 16 To benefit there are the following requirements: a. the crew consists exclusively of Osculati personnel (excluding a skipper, if any) and a minimum of 6 persons; b. the boat is chartered for a maximum of two days, weekend formula. Each employee may benefit from this facility up to a maximum of once a year. The contribution is for a maximum of EUR 400. 17 The contribution is for a maximum of 200 € per child. 1 8 The contribution, concerning reimbursement of registration fees and advertising licences, is for a maximum amount of €500 per year. 61
