With regard to this, the company makes use of the Linkedin platform and university universities in the area to search for young people to be included in internships, while the staff included in a contract are selected directly by the contractor from whom the service is requested depending on the workload. The analysis of the Group’s population by gender shows a majority of employees are male, mainly working on tasks in the corporate context, especially blue collar workers. On the other hand there is a greater gender balance, shifted towards women, as far as office workers are concerned. The company population has nevertheless mainly been distributed in the 30-50 age category throughout the last th ree y ears.
