With the aim of assuring these conditions, Osculati’s H u man R esou rc es d ep artment is c ommitted to listening to and engaging in constant dialogue with all its emp l oy ees on a d ail y b asis. T o th is end , tw o w eekl y sessions have been set up, on Thursdays and Fridays, during which, by means of an e-mail reservation, staff members all have the opportunity to discuss and p resent th eir c onc erns and req u ests to th e H R d ep artment. Finally, the welfare of the company community is also ensured by its fruitful collaboration with the company RSU. During the working sessions between the latter, the RU office and the employer there is a process of mutual listening and thinking to come to agreements and to develop synergies that improve working conditions over and above those already provided for by the relevant CCNL bargaining. At the end of the year 2023, the company had 1 3 2 em p l oy ees of whom 87 men and 45 women, with 59 workers in logistics and production and 73 employees in the offices. Of these, the vast majority are employed on full-time, p ermanent c ontrac ts. T h e c omp any ’ s intention is to retain its employees by offering them stable, longterm contracts, while the reasons behind the hiring of three employees with fixed-term contracts in 2023 can be traced back to a work peak and the start of an innovation project with an expiry date. On the other hand, with regard to the three part-time positions, these were requested and granted to female employees on their return from maternity leave.
