With regard to electricity, in addition to relying on an external supplier for the purchase of energy, which is entirely covered by Guarantees of Origin, in 2015 the company equipped itself with a small photovoltaic system. Of the energy produced by the panels, this is almost entirely consumed by the Segrate plant, while a very small percentage is sold externally. Specifically, in 2023, O s c ul ati c ons um ed 1 , 5 6 0 . 0 6 G J of el ec tric ity .
