Their performance depends heavily on the specific application and suitability of installation. Care must be taken during installation that the block upstand is suitably aligned to the expected load. The load direction should be as close to perpendicular with the base as possible (as shown on the Alignment illustration).This will maximise the working load of the pad eye. In addition, the load should be as close to parallel with the bail as possible. TheWorking Load Limit (WLL) Zones illustration shows the recommendedWLL relatives to the applied force.
